It is a monastery and a family history. Dedicated in 1649, expanded in 1789, confiscated and de-sancitified in 1836 and restored in 1970.
I never knew Bart the restorer but was priviliged to know Mieke his wife and to now know Maaike their daughter and Bart their grandson.
This is a story of a place, of worship, of family, of transition and a place of peace and tranquility. Its story will unfold within the developing chapters of Jesus Pobre.
